There's nothing quite like fall in Virginia. As the leaves change, it feels like the Blue Ridge Mountains truly come alive.

Lately, every Sunday I try to do something that really sets the tone for the week. Whether it's hiking McAfee's Knob or making butternut squash & quinoa soup, I've made it a little tradition to have some 'me' time with my best friend before the week kicks off. This Sunday, it was all about apples. Johnson's Orchard was the perfect setting to celebrate this gorgeous season. After all, fall is the apple of my eye. ;)
